Home Performance Contracting is a turn-key service that combines testing and energy conservation work. It starts with a measurement of air exchange rate, an infrared scan, and a safety test to determine goals and the most cost-effective strategy to reduce energy costs. Energy Egghead then implements the savings measures such as sealing air-leaks and applying insulation, among others. We then measure the results and conduct final tests to ensure health and safety. A report showing projected savings is provided.
